Special Announcement: BAC Gate Pass Issuance: The City of Danbury has installed a new gate monitoring system for our BAC customers.
In order for you to obtain a gate pass you are required to:

• Pay your yearly aircraft registration fee with the City of Danbury
• Fill out a signed Danbury Municipal Airport Waiver Form
• Sign your Business Aircraft Jet Center Hangar/Tie Down Agreement
• Issue a certificate of insurance naming BAC as an “additional insured” on your policy:
• Tango Yankee, LLC,

Danbury, CT, January 2011… Business Aircraft Jet Center, Inc., the fixed base operation located at Danbury Airport, Connecticut announced today that management has completed the installation of remote viewing security cameras inside the hanger and around the outside ramp space. Now small aircraft owners and pilots can log in from their computers from anywhere in the world, enter a security code, and watch their planes remotely. Read more…

Expansion Plan Approved: 12/1/2011: Update: still negotiating with the city and hope to have the process completed soon. We will update everyone as soon as we know as the process is ongoing.

The FAA and the City of Danbury have given their approval on BAC/Danbury Aviation’s proposed hanger expansion! Besides additional Tie-down space, the expansion includes two rental hangers: 48’x 48’ (17’ ceiling); 33’ x 42’ (14.6’ ceiling) ; and an airplane maintenance hanger 62’ x 84’ (25.8’ ceiling). New Ownership Brings Exciting Changes to Business Aircraft Jet Center FBO, Located at Danbury Municipal Airport (KDXR)

Danbury, CT, July 21, 2010… There are exciting improvements to announce at Business Aircraft Jet Center (www.businessaircraftcenter.com), the FBO located at Danbury Municipal Airport in CT. Last March the FBO was purchased by Tango Yankee, LLC owned and operated by the New Canaan CT couple, Lynda and Santo Silvestro. Since then, the couple has been busy with renovations, planning fun Fly-Ins, lowering jet fuel prices, and providing frequent customers with a new program to help them save with “Corporate Crew Rewards.” Read more…
