"I always get good
service from the folks
at Business Aircraft

helpful and willing to

solve problems."

"Dear Rob,
Hi. You asked how the flying
was going in the new plane.
Well, the answer is
EXCELLENT! The Aerostar is a
pleasure to fly. Thanks for
all of your help. I want you
to know that you were a
major factor in my deciding
to go with N114VF, rather
than the other Aerostars
that I was seriously
considering."

Dr. Nasar N.

"Robert,
It is my pleasure to extend
our gratitude to you and
your staff for the
assistance given during our
stopover last Sunday. Brian
handled the fueling and
ground transportation
challenges with efficiency
and the utmost
professionalism even though
we arrived at your facility
completely unannounced.
I will be sure to relay the
information regarding your
organization to my fellow
pilots. I am sure they will
would value knowing your
services exist should they
find themselves in a similar
predicament.
Thanks for your help and
special thanks to Brian
especially."

"Rob,
Thanks for the follow up
call yesterday. The flight
home was challenging due to
weather, causing us to
change altitude many times.
The plane performed
flawlessly as did Kevin (my
young flight instructor)! It
has been a pleasure dealing
with you on the purchase of
2004 Mooney Ovation 2DX,
N1025C. Everything was
handled professionally,
efficiently and as
represented. I would highly
recommend you and Business
Aircraft Center with
confidence to any potential
customers."

"I have had
the opportunity to use BAC
several times over the last
3 weeks. The line crew was
professional ... The office
was great to work with.
Prices were reasonable and
service was great!
I suggest
using BAC next time you are
at DXR".
From Tom Riedy on

"BAC has very friendly,
helpful FBO staff. My 172
got the attention of a
Mustang. As an alternative
to KHPN or Teterboro, I flew
into KDXR. What a pleasure!
Easy to get into and out of,
and fun visual approach over
the hills onto RWY 26. 1 hr
15 min car ride to lower
Manhattan to my meeting. I
fly into NYC area several
times per year, usually
through KHPN, and will
consider KDXR/BAC again.
Danbury offers a nice
alternative to getting into
NYC without the delays of
the suburban NYC airports.
Taxi to frequent trains
directly into NYC from
Brewster. Thank you! I will
be back to KDXR and Business
Aircraft Center."

"I have flown my
Learjet into Danbury several
times and always feel like
the folks at Business
Aircraft do a great job.
There are limited facilities
at any FBO on the field but
these folks go the extra
mile to try and do it right.
I will continue to use them".

"Recently, I decided to fly into
Danbury, CT instead of an airport a
little south of KDXR. I'm based in Maine
at LEW and often work in New York and
New Jersey, so whenever possible I fly
rather than drive. The downside has
always been the congested airspace and
airports in the New York area. In
addition, as you get closer to New York
City, everything just costs more. While
looking for an alternative, I called
several FBO's, and Linda at BAC
(Business Aircraft Center) at Danbury
Municipal answered in person! No voice
mail! I made plans to fly in and park
there the next day. When I arrived, I
was directed to parking and tie-down,
the airplane was refueled, a rental car
was waiting for me, and Linda even made
sure I had the best hotel deal, offering
to change reservations for me if
necessary. There's more, but I recommend
that you just give them a try. In my
opinion, BAC is one of the best FBOs in
the Northeast! And please be sure to
tell Linda and Rob that Ernie from Maine
says hello."

Re: N27NP, 1982 602P/Super 700
"Dear Rob,
I cannot tell you how pleased I am with
my Aerostar and for your involvement
throughout the entire purchase/sale
process. I was lucky enough to read
Trade-A-Plane online in early January
and spotted the 1650TT/300 SFOH (U2A)
Aerostar you were brokering. Having just
sold my Baron 58, I was ready for the
Aerostar experience! I am glad I called
when I did.
I have flown N27NP nearly 40 hours since
purchase and they have been the best 40
hours of my 25 year flying career.
Buying a used aircraft is never easy and
often times borders on extreme
frustration. Not so in dealing with you
and BAC. You had a proud and willing
seller...and I was a willing buyer. We
worked out the agreement, negotiated a
few of the finer points prior to
closing, and I believe I ended up with a
very fair deal on an excellent aircraft.
I couldn't have asked for a better
buying experience.
Just as importantly, I believe I made
good friends in you and Alan Speakmaster
(Master Aviation) and thank you for
welcoming me into the Aerostar
fraternity.
I look forward to working with you and
BAC in the future."

"Hi Rob,
We arrived safely in Kassel, GERMANY and
we just want to thank you for your good
help and assistance to get the Aerostar
as perfect as possible in the given time
to be ready. Say also thank you to Alan
who did a great job maintaining the
aircraft and put it in that solid state
where it is right now. The engines are
just great! When it will come the time
to buy a new plane I will always ask you
to have the first right of refusal to
deal with me again. Your service was
always honest, fair and you have always
outperformed my expectations.
Thank you"

"Same friendly people over the few years
I've flown into here. It's still
convenient to Danbury Fair Mall, Olive
Garden, Red Lobster, and now there's a
Coldstone Ice Cream store and I
discovered that there's also a pizza
shop within
a 5-10 minute walk away =) Still my
favorite place to take a short hop to in
an airplane."

"We landed at DXR when the weather
rolled in and we were unable to get into
our original destination. BAC was the
only open FBO at 1830 and their
professionalism was greatly appreciated
by our crew and passenger. Their
personnel
took care of our fuel needs and welcomed
us to their facility promptly.... They
even went so far as to feed us!!! A
great FBO with outstanding service and
fantastic people. This is how it should
always work."

The service was fantastic and the

excellent experience and a definite

"Dear Rob,
I would like to express my appreciation
for your professionalism, hard work and
honesty in the selling of my Aerostar
700. Both the customer and I received a
fair price for a great airplane. The
frequent communication between you and
me during this process was great.
Your complete knowledge about the
Aerostar, its systems and maintenance
was a very important component to the
successful transfer of ownership.
I can say that this was the most
straightforward and pleasant selling
experience that I could ever imagine.
You have earned the upmost respect from
the buyer and I.
Thanks for your help."
Best regards,

"Great experience. Arrived Friday after
Thanksgiving to a quiet ramp - no flight
training activity at this FBO. Lineman
directed us to park near door of FBO
where those awaiting our arrival were
allowed onto ramp after we shutdown. FBO
staff towed the plane to tie down,
refueled it, and had it back waiting for
us Sunday morning with electric
pre-heater plugged in. Couldn't have
been more efficient. Staff was thin on
holiday weekend, so communicated via
telephone voice messages - but
everything worked as advertised."
From Joe Ruh on 11/29/05 (AirNav.com

"Very adequate facilities. They had
people coming out to receive the
incoming planes regardless of whether
they were a small PA-28 like myself or a
TBM-700 which parked next to me. Kind of
tough to spot the airport as it is in a
small valley in the middle of the hills.
Look for the beacon on the hills south
of the airport if you are coming at
night. Definitively recommendable
airport and FBO."
From Eduardo Acosta on 11/06/05 (AirNav.com

"Very accommodating. Overnighted W32 in
D. C. and stopped in on the way north
after a terrible experience
at CDW (see related comments). Needed a
food stop and was hungry for RED
LOBSTER. Guys at B. A. C, were
friendly, professional, and sociable.
Spent an hour at the restaurant and they
took no $$ for ramp, even though
we took no gas. Highly recommended."

"To Whom It May Concern:
Robert B. Zohn, President of BAC, did an
excellent job selling our airplane, a
Beech Bonanza. All the details of the
sale were handled professionally, with
an endearing empathy for my
husband....Robert made him feel very
much part of the process."

"Dear Rob,
It was a pleasure meeting you during our
recent trip to Danbury. I really
appreciate your being so nice to me and
my pilots. I hope to see you on our next
trip to Danbury. In the meantime, good
luck to you. Thanks again for your
kindness."

"I traveled to DXR for the first time
today and picked BAC FBO because of its
close proximity to Danbury
Fair Mall (10min walk). I found the ATC
very accommodating and also found the
staff at BAC to be extremely
courteous and helpful to this first
timer. Thank you Sandy for all of your
time and attention. First impressions
are always the most important and this
impression was fantastic!!!"
From James Thompson, Maryland on

"Decent looking FBO. Fuel is a
reasonable price for the area. The
greatest feature is its distance to one
of the largest malls in New England -
Danbury Fair Mall. It's a 10-15 minute
walk away, and on the way there, there
are many other places to eat and shop
(Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Barnes and
Noble, etc). Then the mall itself is
HUGE.. great place to take a female
companion and introduce her to GA
flying). Ask someone at BAC and they'll
direct you...its the closest FBO to the
mall. When the weather gets colder and
snowier, walking may be difficult. There
are taxis in the area. There is a list
of the phone numbers in the FBO by the
flight planning room."
From Mark Antoine on 10/17/04 (

"Returning from Nantucket to my home
field in NJ, I diverted to DXR at night
for fuel on Aug 24th, 2003 because
headwinds had extended my flight time
and I was getting low. It was after
hours, and nothing was open on the
field. Mr. Zohn had landed his Navajo
just before me and opened his office
only for me. Without him extending
himself, I would have been S. O. L. He
treated me with courtesy and respect,
and was friendly and accommodating. I
can't imagine what else any FBO can do.
I absolutely recommend BAC and will make
a point of using them when I am in
Danbury."
