Ac-U-Kwik Premium offers more than 13,000 web urls and email addresses for FBOs, handlers, fuel providers and ground service suppliers around the world.

DSI announces “Tool & Maintenance Manager”
Airports and FBO’s that need to reduce the loss of tools and equipment and save time tracking them down will be happy about a new software tool by Dynamic Systems, Inc. (DSI), a company that specializes in data collection applications and is a leader in barcode software. DSI has launched the “Tool & Maintenance Manager,” a low cost tool, equipment, and maintenance manager for airports based on bar code technology.
The Tool & Maintenance Manager has several applications. The Maintenance Manager helps ensure that maintenance is performed in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and Department of Public Safety (DPS) procedures. Another application called Stockroom tracks inventory used and sets reorder points.
Bill Allen, Process Control Consultant, stated, “I’m impressed with the simplicity and adaptability of your Management Systems. It’s affordable for all companies, even those with just a few employees.”
Ft. Lauderdale’s Banyan Air outfits fleet with in-flight Wi-Fi.
In early December, Banyan Air Service based at Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport recently completed the second of two Bombardier Challenger 604 aircraft with the Aircell AGT-4000 Gogo inflight internet system. One of the installations included the Aircell Axxess two channel Iridium system, while both aircraft were certified for Wi-Fi in the cabin.
After repeated requests from their charter customers asking if their fleet is Wi-Fi equipped, Banyan decided to have Banyan Air Service, also based at FXE, performed the installations on one aircraft. After the first aircraft was outfitted with connectivity, Banyan Air noticed an increase in usage rate within the first month. This convinced Banyan’s management to install Wi-Fi in the remainder of their large cabin fleet.
